Hello! I'm Alicia and I'm a Mum, Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor.

With 8 years industry experience of working with both adults and children, it is my mission to cheer-lead parents and caregivers to be happy, healthy and whole.

I will help you to feel confident in feeding your family, really understanding how to eat well, to be less stressed, less tired and to improve your energy levels. You will understand how the body can naturally lose weight and also know how to keep it off - no more YoYo dieting. You will feel healthier, happier & fitter and in turn improve the health of your loved ones too - the power of the ripple effect is real! It all starts with you.

 

My passion is to help you and your loved ones to create a positive relationship with food and exercise and to understand the importance of healthy lifestyle habits. I will help you to uncover blind spots and help you to move forward by making micro changes that will enable you to take control of your life and be the best you can be, for you and your family. 

When working together, we will set goals that are meaningful to you and we will tackle any limiting beliefs that are holding you back, we will examine what is not working for you now and we will overcome any barriers that you're facing, you will adopt a positive mindset and have a real focus. 

 

I have a special interest in helping to overcome sugar cravings and to achieving fat loss. With the obesity and type 2 diabetes rates rising, there has never been a better time to work with a health coach. 
 

We will work together to create packages that are personal to you and your needs, packages can include fitness and strength training, yoga and meditation.

 

I offer a free discovery coaching call to really understand where you are with your health and where you want to be. You are in the driving seat. In each discovery call, you will receive a complimentary health and energy review. It's a great opportunity to have a no obligation chat so we can meet and get to know each other.

Before we started our sessions my health wasn't particularly good, My alcohol consumption was way over the recommended limits and it was starting to affect me both physically and mentally. I was over weight and not motivated to break the cycle. My skin was dry, sore and cracked and I just felt ‘unhealthy’ and ‘unmotivated’.

 

We started our sessions just before Christmas when food and alcohol was surrounding me but with some encouragement from the start you nudged me back into thinking about my health and wellness from session 1. You made me think about how I was feeling and helped me recognise my goals and the areas of my life I needed to work on.

 

I enjoyed the Blood Sugar Balancing material that you supplied me and it gave me encouragement to start.

 

Although I know I am overweight and this is one of my health goals, for me, stopping the alcohol routine was my priority. The alcohol was keeping me on a spiral of lack of motivation and un-willingness to make change.You recognised that in our sessions and acknowledged that in conjunction with introducing more tools to help me move forward.

 

So after our 4 week session, I am pleased to say that I have completed 16 days of no alcohol, introduced a positive morning routine, started walking daily in nature and have introduced Blood Sugar Balancing into my daily meals. My motivation is back, my skin is much more improved and I feel more positive that i can reach my weight goals now as a result.

 

I am proud of what I have achieved so far and acknowledge that I still have goals to meet but I feel more confident I can continue after our sessions and keep myself accountable.

 

My sessions provided me with all the tools and support I needed to make a start on my health and I would definitely recommend this program to others. "When I first started working with Alicia on the Blood Sugar Balancing it was new to me, it very quickly started to make sense once Alicia explained it to me. 

I felt my health was pretty average but once Alicia started asking the relevant questions I realised I didn’t have to feel average. It opened my eyes & made me think. 

One of the things that sticks in my mind is that I always had a slump around 3-4pm, then again about 7pm when I couldn’t wait to settle down on the sofa for the evening. Now I’ve been doing the Blood Sugar Balancing those slumps are rare. 

It’s very easy to adapt your diet & in fact I actually felt I was eating more, but the right things. Stress levels feel lower, & I’ve been doing breathing exercises to help with this. I’ve also felt less tired so able to do more exercise.  

The process of working with Alicia on this has been very easy, via Zoom in the comfort of my own home. 

What I’ve achieved from this is feeling healthier & with more energy. I’m much more aware of what I eat & it hasn’t been difficult for me to leave behind the foods that weren’t doing me good. There are some good recipes to get you started. I’m so glad I took part in this program. 

I’d definitely recommend that everyone should take a look at this, it’s a far healthier way of eating. Very well worth looking into. 

I would also highly recommend Alicia as someone to help you through the process. She probes in a kindly way to really get you to think about how you feel currently & what it would be like to feel better, & how you can achieve that. She gently drew things out of me, things I may not initially have thought, or recognised as having any relevance to how my health was.
